- Visible Cracks: One of the most obvious signs is visible cracks. Cracks can be really bad as they’re openings for water to seep beneath the surface and cause damage.
- Increased Wear and Tear: Every driveway experiences wear and tear over time, but when it gets to a point that it’s more accelerated, you need to reseal your driveway. When a driveway is really run down, the binding holding the asphalt starts to fall apart causing the driveway to crack.
